3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, software, and documentation — are owned by Blackbar AI, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Our technology is protected by U.S. Patent 18/207,840 and related applications.
4. Platform Services
Access to the Blackbar platform is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or subscription agreement between Blackbar and your organization. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your MSA, the MSA shall prevail with respect to the platform services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackbar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackbar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
