This policy describes how Blackbar AI, Inc. (“Blackbar”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through blackbar.ai. It covers this marketing website; it does not cover data processed by the Blackbar endpoint agent once deployed under a customer agreement, which is governed by that agreement’s data processing terms.

When you submit the contact or demo request form on this site, we collect the information you provide: name, work email, company size, and any message you include. We do not require an account or collect payment information on this site.
How we use it
Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate sales or support contact, and follow up about Blackbar. We do not sell the information you submit.
Service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered via Amazon Web Services (SES) to our internal team. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse, which may process technical signals (such as browser and network attributes) under Cloudflare’s own privacy policy.
Data retention
We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, and delete or anonymize them on request.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted to us by emailing info@blackbar.ai.
